⁵ You ^(A)prepare a table before me
    in ^(B)the presence of my enemies;
you ^(C)anoint my head with oil;
    my ^(D)cup overflows.
⁶ Surely^[a] goodness and mercy^[b] shall follow me
    all the days of my life,
and I shall ^(E)dwell^[c] in the house of the Lord
